We feel it is a disservice to you to spend your allotted time discussing your insurance policy, especially when our doctors are not experts on your health insurance plan. There are innumerable insurance policies available to consumers and we believe that if you have chosen a particular insurance policy, it is your responsibility to understand your health insurance benefits.
Luckily, we do have some resources for you to be able to figure our your insurance benefits as they relate to chiropractic care!
If you are wondering what your benefits are before you even come in, please call your insurance and ask the questions found on this form: (Get To Know Your Insurance).
If you have any questions about a bill, please contact our office. We utilize a third party medical biller who can help us to help you understand your bill.

Your visits are billed after each visit. We collect co-insurance or co-pay amounts at the time of service which are estimated based on the information we have access to. However, the amount you owe can vary based on where you are at with your deductible in the year. It can be several weeks (timing is based on your insurance company processing claims) from the time your claim was submitted to know if you have a balance or credit left over from an office visit. Your Simple Practice patient portal will be updated accordingly which you will recieve a notification for based on your communications preferences you selected in your profile.
